Security advice
We will never ask you to pay for a job.
CognityHire does not charge a fee at any stage of its recruitment process, and does not permit its employees to collect a fee from any candidate — for anything, at any point, in any form.
What we will never ask you for
- A payment to apply, to be shortlisted, to interview or to receive an offer.
- A registration, processing, security or refundable deposit of any kind.
- Payment for training, certification, equipment or software before you start.
- Your bank details, card details, or a one-time password.
- Payment to a personal account belonging to anyone claiming to work here.
How to tell a genuine approach from a fraudulent one
Everything we send comes from an address ending @cognityhire.in. We do not conduct hiring over personal email addresses or consumer messaging accounts, and we do not make offers to people we have never interviewed.
Be wary of an offer that arrives without an interview, of pressure to decide or pay quickly, and of any document whose sender address does not match the domain above — a logo and a letterhead are trivial to copy.
If someone has approached you
Do not pay anything, and do not share financial details. Send us whatever you received — the email, the number, the document — at support@cognityhire.in, and we will confirm whether it came from us.
If you have already paid money, report it to your local police and to your bank as well as to us. The sooner a transfer is reported, the better the chance of stopping it.
This applies to our clients too
We are engaged and paid by the organisations we hire for. A candidate is never the paying party, on any engagement, under any commercial model we offer.
