The company is registered in Pune and the team works fully remote. There is no reception to walk into, which in practice means you can reach us from anywhere and we are never between meetings in a building.

Before you write
Questions we get asked first.
How quickly will someone respond?
Usually within one business day. We are a small team working IST, so anything sent outside Indian business hours is most likely answered the next morning our time.
Can I discuss my hiring challenges before engaging?
Yes, and we would prefer it. Most first conversations are about a role someone is struggling to fill, with no commitment attached. If a pilot makes sense afterwards we will say so, and if it does not we will say that too.
Can I request a product demonstration?
You can, though we would rather show you the work than the software. A pilot on one live role produces the documents our products generate, which tells you more than a screen share does.
Where is CognityHire located?
We are based in Pune, Maharashtra, India, and the team works fully remote. There is no office to visit, which means we are easy to reach and hard to drop in on.
What should I put in the message?
The role you are trying to fill, what has gone wrong with it so far, and roughly when you need someone in the seat. That is enough for a first reply that is actually worth reading. For anything else, a paragraph is plenty.
Do you work with organisations outside India?
Not yet. Our searches run in India, on IST, and we have not taken on hiring across time zones. If you are outside India, write anyway and we will tell you honestly whether we can help rather than take the work and learn on you.
