Products

The methodology, built into software.

A careful process run by hand works once. It stops working the moment volume rises or the person who understood the role moves on. These four products carry the same process every time, on every role, whoever is running it.

Why they exist

We did not set out to build software.

We set out to run searches properly. The products are what it took to keep doing that past the first handful of roles.

A good process decays without something holding it
Structure survives the first few searches on discipline alone. Then a role comes in late, the person who ran it properly is on another req, and the shortcuts start. The products are what stops that drift.
Judgement should not have to be repeated from scratch
The thinking that goes into understanding a role is real work. Done on paper it is used once and lost. Held properly it is reused by everyone who touches the search afterwards.
Comparisons only hold if the depth is equal
Two candidates assessed by different people, to different depths, against different readings of the same brief cannot honestly be ranked. Consistency is not a nice-to-have here — it is the thing that makes the output mean anything.

The ecosystem

One foundation. Everything else sits on it.

Read it from the ground up. Each layer reads from the understanding below it rather than going back to the original documents, which is what makes these one system instead of four tools.

And it ends in a decision you can explain

Made by people, resting on the evidence each layer left behind.

Talent_Context

Talent_Context is the understanding layer. It turns job descriptions and resumes — which arrive in whatever shape their authors wrote them — into a standardised understanding of the role and of the candidate, so everyone downstream works from the same account rather than from their own reading.

What you get from it

  • One version of the role that recruiters, interviewers and the hiring manager all share
  • What is genuinely missing from a brief, named rather than assumed
  • Candidate experience read for what it demonstrates, not for the words it uses

Straight answers

The four questions we get asked most.

What is Talent_Context?

Talent_Context is the understanding layer. It reads a job description and builds a structured understanding of the role, does the same for a candidate's experience, and names what is genuinely missing rather than assuming it. Everything after it — matching, interviewing, reporting — works from that understanding instead of from the original documents.

How do the four products relate to each other?

Talent_Context is the foundation. Talent_Matcher, the Interview Intelligence Platform and Decision Intelligence Reports all read from the understanding it produces rather than going back to the job description and the resume. Each layer inherits what the layer below it established, which is the difference between one system and four separate tools.

Which part of the methodology does each product cover?

Talent_Context covers role understanding and candidate understanding. Talent_Matcher covers matching the role against the candidate. The Interview Intelligence Platform covers validation. Decision Intelligence Reports draw on all four stages.

Do the products make the hiring decision?

No. They produce the evidence that supports the decision. The decision stays with your hiring manager and your interviewers, and every recommendation in a report points back at what produced it, so it can be questioned rather than taken on trust.

Where this goes next

The four products already cover the methodology from end to end, so the work ahead is depth rather than another box on the diagram — making each one hold up at higher volume, getting reports to the point where a hiring committee can read them with no context from us, and running inside the ATS and interview tooling teams already have rather than asking anyone to move.

No dates and no feature promises — a roadmap published on a marketing page tends to become a commitment nobody meant to make.

Products are the how. The roles are yours.

The useful conversation is not a demo. It is the role you are struggling to fill, and what the last attempt at it actually cost you.
